File Transfer owns a growing network of custom built servers housed is secure data centers in the USA, EU and China. You simply select the server you want to upload your files to. Selecting the server closest to you will allow of the fastest upload times. Once files have been uploaded, you can choose to leave your files on the server they were uploaded to or transfer them to another server(s) of your choice. When files are transferred to other servers, copies of the files are made. Files can be shared with anyone anywhere. When sharing files with contacts, first transferring files to the server closest to the contact you want to share the file with will allow for the fastest download time.

You can upload/download, store files, transfer files and/or share files of unlimited size with anyone globally with just an Internet connection.

You mean files of UNLIMITED SIZE can be uploaded, transferred and shared on File Transfer servers?
Yes! File Transfer offers you a solution for storing and moving very large files. File Transfer can handle files sizes of more than 1Gb. When the size of the file you want to upload to File Transfer server exceeds 2Tb, please contact us in advance so that we can ensure a smooth upload.

Who can join FileTransfer.com?
File Transfer also offers Full Accounts that start at $5 per month for 10Gb of server storage space and 20Gb of transfer bandwidth.  You can customize your Full Account by adding more server storage space and/or transfer bandwidth to fit your needs.  Click here to sign up for a Full Account.

How can I invite someone to join FileTransfer.com?

Simply type the email address of the person you would like to invite to join File Transfer in the space provided on the homepage or within your account after login and an invitation email will be sent to them with instructions on how to sign up.

What do you mean FileTransfer.com is "global?"
File Transfer maintains a growing network of secure servers in various parts of the world including: US, EU and China. Our global network of secure servers means that no matter where you are you are always "local." The ability to upload/download files locally means that you no longer need to hassle with remote FTP sites, sending multiple large email attachments or sending burned copies of data. File Transfer helps you get your important files where they need to go fast, safe and secure.

I am a Full Account user; can I add more server storage space and/or transfer bandwidth?

Yes, you can add more server storage space or transfer bandwidth at any time during your account period. Simply log in to your File Transfer account, click on the appropriate link and follow the instructions.

I am a Trial Account user, how can I convert to Full Account status?
You can convert to a Full Account status at any point during your Trial Account. You can upgrade your account status after logging in to your File Transfer account.

I am a Trial Account users, what happens when my 2 week trial is over?

We will send you emails reminding you of how much time you have left on your Trial Account during the 2 week trial period and how to upgrade to a Full Account.

What happens to my files if I upgrade to a Full Account before my Trial Account is over?

You will still have access to all files that you uploaded to File Transfer servers and received from other users during your Trial Account period.

What happens to my files if I do not upgrade to a Full Account before my Trial Account ends?
We will continue to remind you have how much time you have left on your Trial Account. Once your Trial Account expires, we will remind you again and give you instructions on how to upgrade your account to Full Account status. If you upgrade to Full Account status, you will still have access to files you uploaded to File Transfer server and files received from others. However, if your trial period ends and you do not upgrade your account to a Full Account, we will have to delete your files. We allocate enough server storage space and transfer bandwidth for existing Trail and Full Account users, so we are unable to continue to house your files after your Trial Account ends indefinitely.
